What are e-Statements?
Monthly bank statements delivered electronically via the World-Wide-Web.

How do they work?

• You will get an e-Mail notification that your statement is ready for pickup.
• The e-Mail contains a link to a protected web site where you can securely pick up your statement.

Will I still get my paper statement?
No, because your e-Statement looks exactly like the paper statement you get now, including all your check images. You can choose to print a copy or not.

Do I need any special software?

• Just an Internet connection, an e-mail address, Adobe Reader, and Internet Explorer 5.5 or better.
• Adobe Reader is a free download
• All new PCs come with IE 6.0 or better

How much does it cost?
e-Statements are completely FREE!!!

What are the benefits?

• Faster, Safer, and More Convenient than regular mail
• Extra copies can be sent automatically to others

How do I sign up?

• Tell any teller or customer service employee that you want e-Statement delivery
• Or send an e-Mail to fbtks@farmersbankna.com
• Statements are sent by 3 PM the next business day following a statement cycle cut.
